Ok – here’s what is in my heavenly Buffalo chicken salad ..make tweaks based on what you need/like and what fits in your macros for the day. When I make mine it comes in at 53 grams of protein!!
Romaine/spinach Cucumbers Red onion Tomatoes Avocado Mozzarella cheese Egg Turkey bacon Bare chicken nuggets (from Costco) Honey mustard dressing Sweet baby rays – mild Buffalo wing sauce (just toss the nuggets in it)
